If you’re looking for a dentist who accepts Delta Dental, Dr. Aaron Farrokh and East Cedar Dental are in-network dental providers for Delta Dental in Newington.

What Does In-Network Dental Provider Mean?

In-network providers agree to provide dental services at an agreed-upon rate. Although there is a contracted fee for covered procedures and services, it doesn’t mean that your specific plan will cover 100 percent of your treatment. It is important to request a schedule of covered services from your insurer so you will know what procedures are covered along with requirements for deductibles and coinsurance.

Our Participating Delta Dental Insurance Network Plan Descriptions

East Cedar Dental participates in the following plans: Delta Dental PPO, Delta Dental Premier and DeltaCare USA.

Delta Dental PPO – is the preferred provider option for the insurer. It offers access to network dentists who offer covered dental services at reduced fees. This gives you the lowest out-of-pocket costs when visiting an in-network dentist.

Delta Dental Premier – offers a large network of dentists in a fee-for-service plan. For this type of coverage, you pay only your copay and deductible since the dentist has agreed-upon contract fees with the insurance company.

Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier  – combines two networks – the PPO and Premier plans. Patients with this coverage received contracted fees even when outside of the PPO network.
